Well first off, Rock Hopper is the best known priate ever on clubpenguin. he and his red puffle, Yarr, sail on the Migrator to clubpenguin a lot. If you want to find out if rockhopper is in clubpenguin, read the Penguin times( the newspaper.) to see if he is coming. How to FIND rock hopper is something else. Off course you can meet all the famous penguins but Aunt Arctic. There are a lot of ways to find him. The servers he visits the most are highly populated servers like Abominable, Mammoth, and Blizzard. But sometimes he appeares on Parka to avoid being seen by too many crowds. The places he could be is: Ice berg, Cove, Beach, Town, Plaza, Snow forts, And the top of the Migrator.
